Kakadoo – Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application, game, or service (collectively, the “App”) provided by Kakadoo (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Some applications provided by Kakadoo offer auto-renewable subscription services to unlock premium features and content.

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account (for iOS) or Google Play Account (for Android) at confirmation of purchase.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current billing period at the rate of the selected plan.
  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) after purchase.
  • Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscripti

3. License and Restrictions

Kakadoo grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or modify the App or any portion thereof.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, graphics, and content included in the App are the exclusive property of Kakadoo and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kakadoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of any App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
